Shipping Policy

  • Shipping charges may vary time to time and Tiles Shop has all the rights to make those changes. It is to inform the customers that the charges will be pretty less and won’t be a very high amount.

  • Once the consignment is shipped from our warehouse the customer will get an email with all the shipping details and tracking ID. All deliveries are made between the hours of 8am – 6pm.

  • Delivery is within MAXIMUM 6-10 working days. Tiles Shop will not be liable of any financial compensation claims in case of late delivery of the products. Orders placed after mid-day are processed the next working day.

  • We will ship the order to the shipping address mentioned by you while placing the order. If you want to change the shipping address, then you have to inform us regarding the same. We reserve full rights to accept / reject the change request.

  • Tiles Shop will not be responsible for any transit damage to the product. Damage of 1- 2% for vitrified tiles and 2-4% for ceramic tiles is normal, which can be managed while cutting and laying. So request you to check the material at the time of delivery . 

  • Labour charges for loading from warehouse are included in the amount you have paid. Only customer needs to pay the unloading charges additionally from there end.

  • If you require additional labour for handling the order then you have to intimate your requirement to us. You have to bear the labour charges.

  • If you are not at the shipping address to receive the order, then you have to authorize someone to take delivery of the goods on your behalf with prior notification to Tiles Shop customer service. Our members are not insured to enter your property.
